If you are looking for a place that perfectly balances a premium experience with a "home away from home" feel, this is it. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I’d found a gem. The Atmosphere & Comfort The first thing you notice is the incredible comfort of the space. The seating is plush and perfectly arranged for both private reflection and group conversation. Unlike some lounges that can feel stuffy or overly smoky, the ventilation here is top-tier. It’s a space where you can actually relax and breathe while enjoying a fine stick. Unmatched Hospitality The owner is truly the heart of this establishment. I was greeted warmly the second I walked in—not just as a customer, but as a guest. Their knowledge is extensive, yet they are incredibly humble and welcoming, making sure everyone from the veteran smoker to the first-timer feels right at home. A True Community It’s rare to find a spot where the patrons are just as welcoming as the staff. There’s a total lack of pretension here; I found myself in a great conversation with a regular within minutes. It’s a community of genuine people who just enjoy good company and a great smoke.

Hospitality and acknowledging the client is a big thing for me. So when I walked in the door, I was greeted by the owner and he showed me the cigars that were available. The atmosphere is roomy yet able to have conversation along with nice music. I got to chat about a little bit of everything with new people. For a starting cigar place, there’s a nice variety of cigars that are nicely priced. Hopefully this business will grow to its potential.

Had a great time during my first visit. It took me way too long to realize this is only 10 minutes from SkyZone. I’ll volunteer to do the driving for future birthday parties. Great selection of cigars that I’m not familiar with and everyone was beyond friendly to a first timer.

Cloud 33 is a pleasant addition to the cigar culture in the Pittsurgh area. It’s a great venue for events or just chilling with your favorite stick! The owner is very service oriented as well. Definitely worth paying a visit!!

Cloud 33 Cigar Lounge provides a friendly and safe environment where you can laugh your head off or just chill among other mature adults. The events are always “Premium” .
