Please update your timings they never open on time nor they respond to calls to see if they are open are not. I came here twice in morning and in google it says open but they never open in morning on time.

Excellent service. Was very attentive. We were looking for a hookah and he gave us a great deal on a good hookah. He threw in some extra stuff for no charge as well. All of their products are great quality. This place definitely cares about making their customers happy too.

Stopped In Saturday night, nice place and they had what I needed unlike other shops on South street. The guy working was friendly and helpful. Gave me good prices too.

There’s a good reason they’re located right across from Whole Foods. Smokerz Kingdom is the high end crème de la crème of Philly smokeshops. A real neighborhood treat. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve been a few bucks short on my purchases - and EVERY time, without fail. Whoever’s behind the counter always knocks the price down to make sure I leave with what I need. No hassle, no BS. I live in the area, where you can throw a stone and find a smoke shop; but because of the consistently amazing customer service and kindness/professionalism of those who work there, Smokerz Kingdom is the ONLY smoke shop I will go to in Center City/Bella Vista/Queen Village area. Keep up the great work guys! I appreciate you and have told all my friends who imbibe in all smoke related products to make sure and give you guys their business.

I walked all the way over there from home to purchase some delta 8 gummies I typically purchase and this guy tells me he can’t sell me the gummies and that I have to come back in 2HOURS because the another person has to sell the gummies to me because of his religion. What type of stuff is that and WHY are you even working here if that’s the case? If your religion prohibits you from selling anything in the store YOU SHOULD NOT WORK THERE as it’s offensive to your god anyway. Maybe it’s a sign I shouldn’t go back so you lost a consistent customer because of that.
