I’ve been coming to this vape shop for quite some time. But I’ve been going a lot more recently since my friend works there. But every single time I’ve gone here, I’ve gotten excellent care. Not only from my friend but the other workers that work there. I think that their prices are reasonable, consider the other shops around there are more expensive & tax a lot more. But as for products I’ve gotten from there, never had a problem. I’ve seen a lot of the reviews on here saying that the workers weren’t polite or helpful. That’s a straight up lie! They do what they can do, & I think they do a damn good job. I refer all my friends to this vape shop because I consider it 1 of my favorites. They also have some really amazing pieces to smoke out of as well. & also have a collection of international snacks, which is a cute little touch of the shop. But if I were you, I’d come to this shop, it’s clean, it’s nice, & the workers will do everything they can to satisfy you.

By far the best vape/smoke shop out of the 10 or so we have in Dormont. This is the only one that isn’t trying to scam you

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, outstanding customer service. A very positive experience. EVERYONE was great. (Anna & Justine? and the lady with the dreads - don't know her name -Go above and beyond to help). Anna seems to be a rather positive person and is fun to talk with. She would be an asset to nearly any employer!

AWESOME PLACE!!!!! Stopped in today after having breakfast in the area for the first time at Dorstop (which was also so amazing!), and we ended up leaving with exactly what we were looking for! I wish I would have gotten the name of the kind woman who helped us out today. We felt like we weren’t just doing business, but more like having a friend help us out! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and so welcoming! The glass is there is one of a kind, and just breathtaking. One of our new favorite shops. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved this shop! Anna, was the nicest, friendliest and most amazing saleswoman :)! She really made you feel welcomed! The shop was so clean and organized, it had such a cool and beautiful inventory, with the help of the wonderful staff we had a fantastic experience and would 100% return next time we can :) 100/10
