I was overcharged at your rock hill location. I had to return to the store to try to get it fixed. The sales rep told me there is nothing they could do about this. It’s not MY fault I was overcharged. I brought in the receipt and what was purchased to show and the rep would not even look at my receipt. Just kept repeating “there is nothing I can do” So basically yall overcharged me, stole money from me but “nothing you can do” What a scam.

If you're in the Rock Hill area, this is definitely a nice smoke shop to visit. All the items are very well organized which makes shopping easier. Some items aren't available based on state regulations but, they will accept requests on specific items. Very good vibe upon entering the establishment.

My husband went into the store to buy a dry vape and the sales guy that sold the product to him told him that it was a dry vape. Got home to use the product and the vape was a wax vape. My husband called the store they told him to come back up there he gets there and the sales guy told him he would have to come back today the manager told him she would handle the situation to bring the product back and she would exchange and give him the correct product. He gets up there they come up with all kinds of excuses. They refused to exchange the product after all the back and forth so now he is stuck with a vape that does not work. Bad customer service and lies. Sales staff need to know the products before selling to customers and customers getting ripped off.

Workers were very polite, informative and will definitely be back.

I didn’t catch their names but they were younger. They were AWESOME. Great customer service. I wish there was a Buddha near me. Will be going again before j leave Rock Hill!
