If you’re looking for more than just a smoke shop… if you want a place that feels welcoming, knowledgeable, and consistently reliable… Purple Rain is the gold standard. I’ve been coming here for years, and from my first visit it was clear this isn’t your average stop-and-go shop. Tyler and Shannon are a ray of sunshine every time you walk in. They greet you like an old friend, take the time to understand what you’re looking for, and never make you feel rushed… whether you’re experienced or just curious. Their recommendations are always thoughtful and spot-on. The selection is incredible and clearly curated with care, but what truly sets Purple Rain apart is the next-level customer service. They remember regulars, follow up on past conversations, and make the shop feel more like a community than a store. In a world where service can feel transactional… Purple Rain feels personal. It’s not just a store — it’s an experience that keeps me coming back year after year.

Wonderful staff and great products! The ladies were so beyond helpful and kind, even if they didn’t have such a great selection, I’d go back just for the great customer service. 10/10!

Love this store it's very super clean and they have the lowest prices and they also have great deals. The staff are super sweet they always greet you when you walk into the door. I love how they make you feel welcome. There products is awesome I come in very week to get my vape they always have it in stock and if they don't they try to find something close to it and if they can't they go out there way to get it for you. Thank you purple rain and also I love the art work that is inside of the store.

This location offers a vast selection of products which I highly enjoy. Ms. Shannon displays great customer service! Such a personable cashier. She ensures a pleasant experience each visit. I’m always looking forward to our interactions! I appreciate her kindness— immensely :)

Absolutely a 10/10 smoke shop! The blonde lady working was SO helpful and kind, answering our questions and did well multitasking between patrons. The shop had a very wide selection, the best I’ve ever seen. Never going anywhere else!
