This store is my favorite place to stop by after work. I get a fun drink and have a nice chat with Alec before heading home! Alec always takes the time to explain each product and help me figure out the best option! Perfect way to finish out the day 10/10

I've frequented many of the shops around Chatt and this one is easily my favorite. The people behind the counter are always chill & knowledgable and it doesn't have that pretentious feeling that you get from other places around town. Every time I'm in there Alec is the man that make it happen. Best spot on North Shore for sure.

This makes twice I've went in and spent $25 each time on a Lost Mary that malfunctioned and quit working the same day. I return to the store (same day) and they just tell me that there's nothing they can do about it.

Every time I visit the shop, Alec treats me right and makes the process effortless. He always has everything ready for me to check out, making my experience quick and seamless. His outstanding customer service and professionalism keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend this place if you have standards. Go at your risk. Used to go quite a bit and it was good. I don’t know what happened lately but this is the first time in almost a year that I’ve returned and it is even worse than before I left. Instead of having what the bud is on a screen they wrote it on the actual jars that are basically hidden behind 2 glass panes ( which wouldn’t be bad if they cleaned them, they were coated in dust and dirt from not being cleaned). Next thing was because the dude behind the desk was so into the tv that he dropped some flower, I look down around on my side of the counter and there is stuff all over the floor. AND he decides to put it WITH what he was giving us. As a small germaphobe, I will not let anybody I know come here. That’s nasty
