These guys are awesome and carry all the good vapes including Horizontech 100k dispos. I met Will here and definitely will be back to see them great experience and variety

Great products always in stock!! Excellent customer service and prices!!!

Excellent, we get basically all our vape products here and have for yrs

This is the only shop I go to in all of Knoxville and I make sure to go when Josh is there, he's incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating always very patient when I'm being indecisive and makes sure I have products that I will be happy with long term! There's not many people in the vape shops that still remember and can talk about current and past products. Very difficult to find anyone with that kind of long term education about the industry! I hope he's with TN Vapor Factory for a long time!

I've been going here for a while now and have never had anything less than amazing service. The staff is knowledgeable, the selection is great, and the prices are affordable. All in all I highly recommend stopping here for any and all vaping needs
