Super friendly and helpful employee, taller guy with reddish-brown hair. Amazing deals on pipes, walked out with 5 and a dugout for $62 and some change. Only one of the pipes' glass is on the thinner side, the rest are solid as a rock and absolutely fantastic feeling and looking. Here's a pic of my favorite of the bunch, only cost me $12 for this beauty---whereas at other shops I'm sure she'd cost anywhere from $40-60 if not more. EDIT: Still 5 star, would be 6 if possible, just wanted to mention the worker also took the time to individually and neatly wrap every pipe we got. The only genuine complaint I'd say we have is the dugout's one wooden panel is loose and easily dislodges itself. We're just gonna super glue it in place, not a big deal at all.

Won’t be shopping here again. Showed up at 845 (they close at 9 and the sign said Open). There was a piece of paper on the door that said “Bathroom be right back”. I knocked on the door and stood there in 38 degree weather for 15 minutes, nothing happened. At 9:02 the employee (pictured) comes out from the back, takes the sign down, and walked away back to the register. I knocked on the door several times and he didn’t respond. I knocked a bit harder and he looked up briefly, then went back to pretending he didn’t hear me. I liked that store and most of the employees. Went there frequently. I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Sad. Have to find a new spot to go to. Will be recommending friends to go elsewhere too.

I am not one to leave reviews but I just had to leave a review for this place and I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review. I use to come here all the time and always found the associate that worked there to be super friendly and so helpful. Always had a positive experience with that guy I don’t remember his name but he was a tall guy reddish hair. So I was in the area and said oh let me check out this place I havnt been there in over a year. I walked in to see this kid with long black hair that went a little past his ears. He didn’t say anything when I came in and said can I help you? I told him I Havnt Ben to this store in a long time and I wanted to check out what they had. I went by the kratom area and asked about one of the products I had never seen before. I ask oh wow what’s this right here and he said “don’t know. Very short and don’t know if he was having a bad day or what . I pointed to something else and he said “nope dont know”. I pointed to a third time and without even looking at what I was point at he said “dunno.” Not a “I’m not really sure let me see if I can find out for you because you because I’m not too knowledgeable in this area”. I said very light hearted “but you work here.” What he said next I was gobsmacked. He said “I don’t need to know about drugs I don’t take”. Iv worked in customer service Iv worked in a vape stores. I was floored. I said but you work here and I would assume you would know maybe a little since you work here. I even said I’m sorry if I may have came off any type of way I just. Even though I don’t know why I apologized for because I didn’t do anything but I do that sometimes lol. I just simply told him okay have a nice day and walked out. I went up the street to Tobacco World and just had to tell them because I couldn’t believe what just happened to me. Love Tabasco World place has a HUGE Selection and the employees have always been nothing but sweet and if they were not sure about what something was they would tell me to hang tight while they get that information. Yeah never coming here again and telling my friends what happened and telling them keep driving and go up the street. I’m so disappointed and still in disbelief.

There's so many options for pretty much anything you could want here! Love it.
