The lady was very nice! As an out-of -stater, it was very nice to have quality service! She help me find a new brand of vape, and was very mindful and helpful about the products! If I come back to TN, I'll definitely be coming back here! Thank you!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Male, with long poofy hair is very disrespectful. He obviously doesn’t need to be working with the public. Never will I return to this store.

This place has gone down hill since the new guy started working there. The super nice lady that has been there since I started using them is gone and the guy running the place now is horrible. Doesn't listen to customers, makes up his own rules about how they will sell you stuff and not to mention gets mad if you don't buy from him. I've been buying single coils there for years an now he says the don't sell them like that but the case has several box's with a few missing from them. I can't stand having to go there anymore and if I have a choice I'll drive somewhere else.

They happen to be a little more pricey, but they do offer be bigger selection them some vape shops. Are friendly and knowledgeable about most of there products. Very helpful on what you might truly enjoy. Also recommends some nice choices... It is all about what you like and need as to which locations are better for you. Check them out and see if they can accommodate you and your needs!

Was in town on business for 5 days. Needed a specific product for my back, which I can get in Los Angeles easily. Surprisingly, they stocked it and their prices were great. Store clerks were extremely polite and the store was clean. Will return again in the future when business brings me back to Knoxville.
