I love this place. They are always so friendly and helpful. I like to try new flavors and they're patient with me while I make my decisions. Which can take a while. I live in East Knox, but try to stock up whenever im on the West side of town because they have great prices. My current fave also has an extra deal if you buy 2 and if you buy 3. Best prices, great customer service. 🎉🎉🎉

Cloud 9 is an amazing vape shop and the employees there a very kind. They have great deals on there vapes and much more I won’t go anywhere else!!

Carlos is the bomb dot com when helping me and I have no more questions when I leave…he is amazing!! The owner is very helpful and personable as well. I love this place; go check ‘em out!

I've been coming here for about 2 months now. All the staff have been super helpful and kind. Some of the best prices in town and they have a good selection and consistent re-stock of product. I highly recommend Cloud 9!

Don’t go here. Firstly the person that is behind the counter is shady and not friendly at all. Secondly he is selling not only fake products, but very old products as well. I know this because I got some flower from here and it literally had mold in it. Shouldn’t be my fault that the store is selling products that could knowingly get their customers sick. Very foul.
