Incredibly poor inventory management and product safety. I bought a house-blend vanilla custard that had a harsh, peppery, scorched-chemical aftertaste. When I checked the date stamp, it was manufactured over 13 months ago and was completely unsealed. When I brought it back, the clerk claimed all nicotine products are good for two years. He then handed me another unsealed bottle from the exact same expired batch and a free coil, suggesting "maybe you just don't like the flavor." Unsurprisingly, the second bottle was just as unvapeable. This isn't a preference issue; it's basic chemistry. When e-liquids are left unsealed for over a year, atmospheric oxygen causes flavor degradation and nicotine oxidation. Long-term naturalistic aging studies show that dessert flavor chemicals like vanillin and acetoin undergo severe chemical transformation and degradation when stored poorly (see PubMed PMC12019726). This produces an incredibly harsh throat hit and a distinct scorched taste. Giving a customer a second identical, expired bottle and blaming their palate is lazy service. Inspect your bottles closely before paying here.

I came here after looking EVERYWHERE for a certain flavor. The Harvey Blend. The 2 men inside were so nice and very helpful. I wish one day people will be able to buy the juices online from MO Vapors. I am absolutely in love with this flavor. Thank you guys for being so kind to me the other day when I was there. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who is still very new to The Vaping community they always take plenty of time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail to really help me understand the ins and outs behind the craft. They never make me feel pressured to buy anything, or spend the money on products that are above what I need simply to "make a sale". You can tell they care about their customers and their company.

This place is amazing! They're the most knowledgeable of any vape store I've ever been to. You can literally go in and ask questions about what is in the juice and they can tell you what it is.
