This has been a longstanding favorite Knoxville business of mine. The selection is always unmatched and the staff's attention to detail and vast array of knowledge is just a few of the reasons this is Knoxville's best. They may not be able to compete with online competition's prices (who can?), but what's a few extra dollars to keep an iconic Knoxville small business afloat? Best Shop In Town! You also can't beat the feeling of walking in to a store and they treat you like friends and family. That's what you get here!

Knowledgeable and professional place to get all your smoke needs! The staff isn't uptight like others I've been to; they make you feel at ease with questions and are willing to answer them. I had the pleasure dealing with Bobby, who is a fellow Saints fan, so that was an extra bonus (Who Dat)! Can't wait to go back for some new products they have started carrying, as they seem to always try to please their customers with a variety! 🏆🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Please support this wonderful place! Great prices. Great products. Theres lots of smoke shops, theres only one Off The Wall!

I went in to look things over. Sign said off the wall, and at that moment I thought that defined me to a certain extent. Great customer service. Great help picking out products. And I will say I was very pleased with the guidance I received... thank you for the friendly service...

I live over an hour away and still only shop here. I have a few local stores just not for me. Staff has always been great. Plenty of selections for anyones needs.
