Customer service regardless of where you end up going is required to be a successful business. Nick and chayse were beyond what I would consider standard customer service. I arrived at their store on a recommendation from another vape shop who did not carry my items I was looking for. I was unsure of many things when entering the store but when leaving I can tell you I was more knowledgeable and up to date on many things then I ever was before. They did an amazing job taking their time to explain and walk me through every aspect of my purchase patiently and with smiles on their face. The truest definition of customer service would be the best way I could describe these two wonderful. If you have any questions about vaping I would highly recommend coming here to see what they have to offer!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have purchased all of my vape products from this store. During all that time, I have never been asked for ID. On my most recent visit, I realized I had left my wallet at home, so I asked my wife to come in with her ID and make the purchase instead. The staff refused to sell to her because they believed she was buying it for me. I understand businesses must follow the law, but I’m 61 years old and clearly not underage. As a longtime customer, I was disappointed by the lack of common sense and customer service in how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere.

Best vape store in east Tennessee huge selection of literally anything you could need as far as vaping goes. The owners are some of the absolute best people you will ever meet especially the female owner , She is great and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, super helpful and really friendly

Great service from Cole, very helpful and thorough about what i was purchasing and answered all questions without trouble. Great prices, and Great environment. 10/10 will be back for all my vaping needs. Just all around a good experience!
