Since the first time I walked in this store to buy my vape juice, I have had smiles and sincere great customer service! Kudos to all the employees at this location on West main in Lebanon Tennessee, next to Baskin-Robbins ice cream. If you need vape juice, coils, supplies, CBD products, incense products, and many more cool things, check out this location! I promise you you won't be disappointed in the supplies or the customer service ❣️

Tylor gave me the worst attitude and was very impatient with me trying to figure out what I wanted!

Always nice folks there. If they run out even once of a liquid you want, they strive to make sure they don't run out again. One time I recall them setting some aside for me when they were down to their last bottle- they'd calculate the time I normally show up and wanted to keep me stocked! THAT was fantastic! I saw an empty spot where my normal "Butterscotch Reserve" was and I was like "bummer- I see you're out" only to be told, "Hey- I knew you were coming so I set you a bottle aside!" So wow. They take care of their regulars! I love that in any store I go to. To me it's going the extra mile, and it's part of my "community of people" I know and interact with on a regular basis. The world is huge, so I love a small town feeling where you matter, even if it's a large city. I love that...

This has been by far my favorite place to shop every week. The employees are always so helpful and kind. My favorite is Jamie, she makes sure you understand everything in the store before you leave! She is so sweet and genuine. I’ve become a regular just for her! If I've ever had a question, mod problem, or bad coil they always help with a smile. I love coming here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Jamie is such an amazing person. I went in trying to find something and I did I've been to many other vape stores I would buy vapes and didn't like them. She helped me find a vape and juice that I love she was so sweet and polite very knowledged on the vapes.
