I went inside this store I knew what I was looking for but I couldn't see the flavors on the boxes, I asked the guy for help even asking if he had fruity flavors. He never did help me . Basically saying blind people could see them. Never in my life have I went to a vape shop and them put you down and not help. I will never be back to this location, too many vape shops around. I was very friendly and I laughed at him for what he was saying. The funny part is that this guy's wears glasses himself. I gave two stars because they did have what I was looking for.

Store itself is great with many selections. but my experience just now will cause me to not return.. usually a very nice young women is working and is very helpful, but today I went in and a male employee was extremely rude to me. Argued with me about the proper way to ask for something behind the counter. I was very nice and polite and I literally can not believe how rude this man was to me. I will take my business elsewhere simply because how badly I was just treated. Completely uncalled for.

They hired some super unfriendly guy who doesn’t “partake”, so doesn’t have any product knowledge and he seems to be proud of that. Based on his attitude, he probably wouldn’t be helpful even if he did know what he was talking about. Won’t be going back there anymore. Too much competition out there to have such a terrible employee.

Great customer service, lively environment, overall cool place to stop for anything CBD, Kratom, or Vape related things. Great deals on disposables too. Come check em out.

Google reviews mean a lot. That’s why I’m leaving one for Lauren. She’s the best employee I have encountered at this store and I’ve been going here for around two years. I know what customer service is. I’ve been a retail manager for years. She is one of the only persons who works there with actual knowledge of what is being sold. I’ve asked numerous questions of other employees and they couldn’t tell me a thing about the product they’re selling. I even got a response from a male employee not too long ago - “what’s popular right now flower-wise?” He replied “I don’t know I don’t smoke this shit”. That’s not customer service, kiddo. Perhaps a Walmart would be better suited? Anyways, don’t lose this one. She’s a gem.
