Interior smelled gross, cooler doors were smashed with the broken glass just setting there and product still inside, half the lights in the store were off, I didn’t stick around long enough to check the prices/quality of the actual items because I couldn’t handle the environment.

You can literally go anywhere to spend your money on wine and spirits. Go somewhere else! The lady at the counter should maybe/probably/definitely not be in customer service. Very unfriendly. Wouldn't acknowledge me when I said hello. Didn't request an id (this wasn't surprising, as I am in my mid 40's), but stared me down uncomfortably until I reached into my wallet AFTER ringing in my items. Literally would not exchange words with me. Wouldn't even respond when I said have a good night! From the looks of other reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only person who has experienced this. I'll drive out of my way before entering this establishment again. If you're gonna run the counter, you should be at least somewhat personable.

Great selection, though every time I want to see the pint bottles they ask me what I’m looking for and I say I don’t know and they get frustrated. They have a chair that sits in front of the bottles and I ask him to move it every time and they get upset that I ask them to move the chair. Then again they ask me what I want and I say I don’t know. I just want to see what you have so I can try some new stuff. She always says we have a big bottles on the shelves and I’m like yeah, but not everything on the shelves is behind your counter. I guess I just feel frustrated. Every time I walk in there I feel like I get hassled and they act like they don’t want to be there. So, I’m going to try other stores in the area for a while.

The lady who operates the counter, who I assume is the owner, is not at all a nice person, for no reason. Have shopped here twice and both times she’s wasted my time by prioritizing merchandising vs. checking out, and just walks away from you without saying anything. Very inconsiderate, will not do business here again.
