Today was my 3rd visit to this shop. After completing my purchase I knew I had to leave a review. I made a random rant about my current vape choice at which point a few suggestions were made. I have transitioned from Geek Bar and Lost Mary to Fifty Bar. I asked for recommendations because I’m not happy with the life span of the Geek Bar & the limited flavors of Lost Mary. I sampled a few flavors of Fifty Bar and was pleasantly surprised! I ended up purchasing two flavors because I couldn’t choose just one! The high level of customer service I was provided renewed my faith in society. Just seems like these days a majority of people are constantly on defense mode so to come across a local business owner that enjoys communicating with their customers is awesome! He was very patient with my indecisive tendencies and I felt no pressure to “hurry up and just pick something” like I do in other stores. I have a vape shop less than 2min from my home but after today’s experience at this shop, I will be adding a few extra miles to my odometer because the environment & friendly staff make it worth it! I didn’t leave the store smelling like Snoop Dog and didn’t have to ask Siri to translate the vape sale interaction for me. A breath of fresh air, literally. 😆 I highly recommend the store and the Fifty Bar brand!

Absolutely love this vape store. My husband and I have been coming here for the past few years. I told the super sweet woman who works there I wanted to try to get pregnant and she walked me through how to taper off of nicotine. After 16 years of smoking/vaping, I no longer do either. THEY WILL HELP YOU QUIT

This is by far the most professional vape store in TN. Owners are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They carry tons of product (even low/zero nic vapes) and have great prices too.

Let me start by saying the in house juices are amazing. They are some of the best that I have ever had. They have a great selection and are capable of making even more. The staff is the highlight here though. The service you receive is incomparable to any other shop I've been to. Carol is fantastic, and I mean it. I was gone for several months and when i came back after only a couple visits, she greeted me by name with a smile. Carol remembered my juice of choice and took the time to show me several other juices that are similar or even ideas for mixing flavors for a twist. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help a beginner get started or even someone that has been vaping for a while with some of the left field issues. They have a huge selection of devices and accessories and all of it is very reasonably priced. No other shop will get my business but Community from now on. Also, the aesthetics of the location are very comfortable and inviting.

Mrs. Carol is an absolute delight. I’ve been going here for 6 months, and they never cease to give good recommendations on pod systems and juices. I appreciate her taking the time to get to know me and asking what my favorite flavor is. She said she’d make sure they always had it in stock. I’ll never go to another vape store in the area.
