The antidote to the typical intimidating smoke shop! Walking in here feels completely different than most spots, it’s bright, meticulously organized, and has zero sketch factor! I was looking for a specific piece. & After searching and searching across town, I arrived at this location only to be provided with outstanding service from Brookelyn!! She was very informational and gave plenty of detail on how to use my nectar collector! I left feeling ready to fly!

The customer service at this establishment is nonexistent. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and clearly have zero training in basic customer service or hospitality. Treating paying customers with this level of disrespect is entirely unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning, and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
