Had a great experience Christina is the best! Went in and told her I've been trying to find a vape that doesn't taste nasty and she knew exactly what to pick. Even made sure I was happy with what I was paying for before leaving.

Was sold a fake “fogger” (supposed to be foger) vape, and when I brought it right back in they wouldn't give me a refund. I understand open box policy but if your product is a counterfeit, you shouldn't be selling it and should accept refunds. The employee tried to pass it off as real when I went it and I had to explain the website "verification" was fake. Would not recommend shopping here or at least be careful with which product you select.

iVape ATX is the best vape shop I have come across in Austin by a wide margin. The selection of products is huge covering everything from starter kits to premium devices and a great variety of e-liquids to suit every taste. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The store is clean well organized and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes browsing a pleasure. Prices are very fair and competitive and I always leave feeling like I got great value. Highly recommended to anyone in Austin looking for a reliable and well stocked vape shop.
