I freaking love that this place is 24 hours. I've gotten 2 of my favorite pieces from here! And the overnight cashiers are always super helpful. On a slightly unrelated note: whoever works here that has pink hair needs to give their hair stylist a tip. I found a piece of your hair in the cash change I got back tonight 😭🤣 and that pink is so VIVID ✨🤩

Horrible and rude customer service! The girl that helped me sold me a vape device with pixie dust. Not the same brand because they were sold old out but assured me the syringe would work with device. I watched YouTube videos, read the directions. I went back 15 mins later to make sure before I added the liquid. She showed me in the store and it didn’t work. It made a mess. She told me to just take my time and let it drip. After a while of not working. I asked for a refund to buy flower or something else. She was rude said it was user error. She showed me how do it at the counter. I came back for help!!! I felt like I was ripped off!!! She didn’t care! Blew me off! Never will I’ll ever step foot in any Vape City!!!! It’s not the $40 it’s the principal.

After shopping with Vape City for the last 5 years or so with only one other negative experience with the corporate level of this company selling a counterfeit product which was remedy'd. Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

This shop is worse than I thought. First, the workers don't know anything about vipers, and if they give you something wrong, it is not allowed to return, and this is bad. The prices are very expensive for me for the second shops. I advise you not to go to them.

Hate to see it, but whoever the cashier was tonight (older black guy) is absolute trash at guest-facing customer service!!! Never had a problem at Vape City, but this clerk acted like me coming in at 11pm was the biggest inconvenience. Isn’t the store open 24hours? I’m a regular customer at multiple Vape City (ATX) locations, I’d called in yesterday to make sure they had the inventory/brands I was looking for, so I’m never in-store longer than a couple of minutes! I’d suggest he works somewhere that doesn’t have late night/graveyard hours! My first bad experience with Vape City! 👎🏽
