I love theo, he is such a welcoming person and a sweet guy to talk to. Makes my day sometimes talking to him. Also wanted to second the faisal review posted earlier! Hes such a nice dude, but I do think he has to work on his nfl ball knowledge. And you can’t forget about Liv! They’re such a kind and empathetic person! All in all love this place and its people!

But if you're going to sell vape pens, maybe you should hire someone knowledgeable within the area or at least smokes it and pays attention to their customers. I was in there not 3 days ago to buy a nicotine vape. The guy wasn't helpful. I was asking his opinion or what is sold more of. He didn't know he didn't really seem like he wanted to be there. But when I did end up buying it I had gotten the cookie butter 50 bar. Right away I tasted it. It was burnt. It gave a very irritating feeling in the back of my throat and I knew it was burnt. The guy that worked there he wouldn't exchange it nor he would he try it. And I understand he doesn't smoke vapes. But if you're working with them, shouldn't you at least be willing to try it? Just to verify that you sold me a default item? I can usually make them last about a week and a half. And I was counting on that to help me reach to payday and now it's Three Days in and it's completely dead like I can taste Just pure metal. I will never be visiting this location again. I'm sure they're very knowledgeable on their glass pipes because who isn't. It's Austin. But to have someone work in the vape shop and not know what they're selling. It's just a little ridiculous in my opinion. On a different note though, the Guadalupe location, the guy was very knowledgeable about everything that he sold there. He helped me figure out which vape pen I wanted. He gave me information about things that I wasn't really interested in buying but still had questions about. He was very nice and just all around helpful. I think I'm only going to that location now. Because they are not all the same Don't waste your money on this location. Not in the nicotine section. It's not worth it

Oh my goodness, SARAH is the most amazing cashier that I have ever met and conversed with. Not only was she very attentive she was super nice and informative. Highly recommend coming here any time, ever.

My boy Faisal always providing great service and is genuinely a pleasure to interact with. He is friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience amazing. You can tell he really cares about his job and treats people with respect. Definitely someone who makes a good impression and represents the place well.
