This is my go-to shop, which is why I’m so disappointed writing this. I want to be fair and honest: I may not have been thorough enough in explaining exactly what I wanted. I asked for a disposable vape, but I did not want a liquid-based disposable. Once the package was opened, I immediately realized it was not the kind I wanted, and it had not been used at all. I told them right then that this was not what I was looking for and asked if I could trade it for the type I actually wanted instead. They flat out told me no. What made it even more frustrating is that it was about a $35 item, I even tipped, and I was not trying to get over on anyone. I wasn’t asking for a refund after opening just the box. I was simply asking to exchange it on the spot for the correct product after realizing there had been a misunderstanding. I didn’t do anything wrong. I was trying to fix the issue immediately, and instead I was met with zero flexibility or understanding. For a place that has been my go-to shop, I expected much better customer service. Really disappointing. I won’t be back :(

The good: Great selection. The not good: Drawing the ire of the person that opens on weekend morning for asking so many questions while he is trying to open the store. I guess there is a 15 minute window after business hours before you can shop there or something so that the employee on shift can get his 50 from the store next door first. It was 9:05am. I waited in my car while he opened and decided to go in at 9:05am as I had nothing to do that early while waiting for my wife. As i kept asking about his 7-hydroxy pricing he quoted me at $100 for 100mg numbz and thinking it was a joke I laughed. He said no they are going for $100 now and then started telling me that he isn’t even open yet with no emotion on his face. I told him that $100 isn’t going to get him much business and that it’s wayyyy too high (as a word of advice). When he did t say anything except stare at me I just left. He was bad vibes and possibly trying to pocket xtra money thinking I was hard up and willing to get fleeced.

Bryce! What a character great customer service extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of my experience. I didn’t know much coming in but I feel like I could go to anyplace with the information he gave me and know I’m not getting ripped off. But why would I go anywhere else this is by far the best vape shop in the greater Austin area! If you’re in round rock and you vape make sure to stop by this place and check it out!

Jose is extremely helpful and if always very informative when I come in. 10/10 all the way. Also - great selection!

I don’t even write reviews but this was so ridiculous I Just wanted to say if you want good service DONT go here! When I got there I asked for a kratom extract and she kept offering me the 7oh even after I said I didn’t want them… I found an extract I liked and she proceeded to tell me it was “$25 is that okay”? I said yes and after I handed her the money she told me it was 31 all of a sudden … she definitely took some money from that transaction…. Hope this gets figured out cause I wouldn’t was a employee that was shady like that… and on top of it all the extract was expired… lol
