Mr. Smoke is my favorite neighborhood smoke shop! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Monty is attentive and responsive to feedback and wants to make sure you always have a great experience. Logan and John always greet me with smiles when I visit which is a refreshing experience — a stark difference to the shop across the street, so disappointing. Thank y’all for always having great energy!

Kat is an amazing help today, they absolutely helped beyond what they needed to. Great selection for how much of a hole in the wall shop it is. Surprisingly they have a really really good selection of high potency, like 90% THCa and other smokables. Kat was understanding of my Asperger’s and made some rather really uncalled for help, in a good way. Like they explained it in a way I was able to process

Absolutely the BEST customer service! Monty has always been extremely helpful and so very accommodating!! He even located my favorite flavor Vape when EVERY shop in town was sold out…then had it delivered for my convenience! They always go above and beyond!Prices were great too! Thanks for showing us that wonderful Customer Service and great prices are not a thing of the past in Austin Texas!!

I stop by almost daily for the edibles, great variety for those lookin for 1 or 2 at a time. Shop has everything you need and nothing overpriced, if you're looking for a smoke shop in the area, pick this one. I have no car, and I happily walk past planet K on my way to this shop cause it's so much better.

What an awesome little shop. Not from the area and came here based on Google reviews. Not disappointed. John was great.
