Dear Management of the Retail Point! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at your retail point (kiosk) in the bar! I visited twice to purchase sticks, and both times I was unable to do so. During my first visit, there was a sign saying, “Back in half an hour.” We waited for the specified time, but no one showed up. On my second visit, I arrived at the opening time of 3:00 PM, but no one was there. I called the phone number listed on your retail point’s website, and the woman who answered claimed the kiosk was operational. However, no one was present. When I asked who was on shift, she said she didn’t know, couldn’t contact the employee, and suggested they might be on a lunch break. How can there be a lunch break when the kiosk was supposed to open at 3:00 PM, and it was only 3:15 PM at the time of the call? This is utterly unacceptable! You actively promote your products, yet it’s impossible to purchase them. I am furious and deeply disappointed after these experiences. I urge you to investigate this matter and take action to ensure this doesn’t happen again!
