The representative I spoke with was not helpful and had a dismissive attitude. Instead of explaining the process, she told me to “do my own research.” A simple explanation would have resolved the issue. Overall, the customer service experience was poor.

Always well stocked, always fair prices, good customer service (they're not yakking on the phone in a foreign language the whole time, you know the smokeshops I'm talking about), good source for Kratom.

Love this smoke shop before and after I started working here, only one I’ll go to because It’s one of the very few shops that have literally EVERYTHING you’ll need. I definitely recommend this store, we get awesome new stuff in all the time.

This place used to be great, filled with smiling faces who would assist, give recommendations, and happy to help. Cut to the last couple weeks, and all those helpful people are gone. Now there's only 2 or 3 girls there and they have zero interest in being helpful. Went in a couple days ago to find them there, and they were not friendly, had zero product knowledge, and look irritated when you ask questions. Today convinced me not to go back. A sweet elderly lady was in front of me who was obviously overwhelmed at the options. The long black haired girl at the counter was super rude to her, was irritated she asked questions, and basically had zero desire to assist her. Then came my turn and it was the same attitude. When I asked if she could put my phone number in to get my points she seriously rolled her eyes. Won't be coming back. I will just go across the street to Mr Smoke. They dont have quite as good of a selection, but at least they are friendly and actually there to help. Screw this new staff. Yall need some major customer service training. I dont care if it is "just a smoke shop", learn how to talk to people.
