I just randomly stopped by this shop as I've been on the search for a new shop after horrible customer service experiences with Drip N Rip. I honestly did not expect much when I walk through the doors but I pleasantly surprised. The staff at this location, Becca, was profoundly helpful and very knowledgeable. I prefer to shop at locations where the staff are trained and know the products that they are selling rather than just cash register jockeys. I must say that this is the first time in a long time where I've had a conversation with a shopkeeper who was not only knowledgeable but very passionate about what she or he was doing. Only Clouds has a great associate in Becca and I only hope the rest of their staff is trained equally as well for my futures visits.

DeVante is as solid as they come. Always happy to help within a judgement free environment he exclusively creates in comparison to any other establishment I’ve been to. He is the reason I come here. Whether he’s working or not, I come in, only because of the safe space he initially provided for me there. God bless ya’ll and hold on to him.

Had a great experience at this smoke shop. I’ll most definitely be back. Rashid went above and beyond and didn’t mind helping us and we were most definitely putting him to work asking a lot of questions and wanting to see a lot of different items. Great selection snd great customer service. And he gave us a discount on our purchase! Most definitely will be back!

Manager is so on point. Always super helpful takes her time doesn't rush and very knowledgeable. I dont have her name always there during the weekdays ! I am a frequent customer .

Honestly Probably one of the best legal mushroom products I've found at a smoke shop. Consistent every time I've had them and the effects were nice without feeling too much.
