They would have earned five but unfortunately they do not take their business seriously. One very young petite lady was more interested in what was happening on her phone then waiting on me which meant that I had to repeat myself repeatedly which was slightly irritating but nothing horrible. One lady in there does take it seriously and acts accordingly but casually at the same time which I'm guessing the youngsters haven't learned yet. As far as not taking it seriously I went there three times before they opened and all three times they were never on time. Today I went there and I think I left 30 or 40 minutes after opening time at which point they made their intention clear and I left. I spoke to multiple possible customers and told them the closest place which means lost revenue and customer retention is not Top shelf at this business. I do need to temper that with their pricing which is absolutely top shelf. By that I mean they're less expensive than most head shops. They also offer bulk pricing which means if you ask for 10 powdered sugar resin filled pre-rolls they give you a discount and they also have a loyalty rewards program which adds up very quickly that is tied in with your phone number.

This is an awesome neighborhood smoke shop for all your essentials- the prices are the best in the area and the staff is TOP NOTCH. they are seriously so helpful and go above and beyond to get you what you need. Ask specifically for Lexi or Adam, they are wonderful and will hook you up!

Lexi has always been so amazing, professional and helpful anytime I come in. This is by far the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Austin Texas!! You will not be disappointed coming here they have a wide variety of things and the prices are the best around!!
