I'm writing this review without stepping a foot on the store because of the following: I was looking for a specific dry herb vaporizer, and since they don't have an online shop (or catalog) I gave them a phone call to ask if they had that specific vaporizer in stock. The lady who answered the phone, right after I asked if they had stock of the product, very politely but very firmly answered: - [lady] who am I addressing? - [me] ehm... a possible customer? - [lady] I'm sorry, I am not authorized to give you any information of the brands of vaporizers we have in stock. You'll have to come to the store to get more information. After which I thanked her and ended the call. I have called probably a dozen of vape stores in the area looking for this product, and all of them EXCEPT this one have gladly given me information...because...you know...THEY WANT TO SELL. With this attitude, I will not go into the store and ask for the product...because I have a feeling there's a slight chance they'll brush me off if they see I'm latin or whatever. I strongly recommend the owner to review this and change this attitude, post an online catalog / store unless they want to go out of business...because this has been the most awkward, useless exchange I've had with a business with which I'm willing to spend hundreds of dollars on.

Bought a “Kik” vape that has failed less than 2 weeks out. Still more than half its oil. Poor quality products as the vape is completely dead regardless of input. Full of oil tho

Poor as can be customer service, Don’t ever shop here ever again in your entire existence.
