Austin was extremely helpful during my visit. He was very proactive emptying ashtrays in their amazing lounge, and super helpful in the wife and I's dilema of where to have dinner last night. Extremely knowledgeable and professional people working here! Always a great experience with an even better selection. After I purchased my cigars, they even gave me a cool box to keep em in. First found this company when I was deployed back in 2007 and I've been a happy customer ever since.

Update: March 31 2026 Came here tonight to get some great cigars from this great cigar store in Conroe TX. Pulled the semi in front of the store like always, popped them brakes and got excited because I know this location has what I need. GREAT CIGARS!!! I grabbed a few Trinidad, a few AJ Hoyo & a Fausto for my travels to UT tomorrow. Cigars gets me through the day & I can't complain it does it's job. TV on mute tonight, light music playing in the background and just enjoying this great AJ Hoyo stickaroo. Great place, great selection. Huge parking lot next store if you got a semi (be respectful). If you're in the area you should frequent this place and check them out. Prices are reasonable & the lounge itself is top notch. Found myself a new beer!!! Back Pew - a local brewery located near Kingwood RX. This beer is good. (I love hops/IPA) Customer service is top notch over here by the way. I'm learning more and more about beer and hops & such. Great vibes as always. Linked up with the Manager Tony. This place is really good for the vibes, cigar selections and the ambiance. Not too many places I frequent have these cool vibes soon as you walk in. Smoking cigars is more than just lighting up. It's the comrodery & the vibes of the place you visit. Cool people, plenty of parking outside. I spot my semi right in front and never was an issue. Staff is always exceptional & professional. Will always come here when in Conroe.

I normally enjoy visiting Cigar International locations, but this one was very disappointing. The place was noticeably dirty. The interior and exterior glass were covered in grime, and the restrooms were in poor condition as well. Cleanliness is important, and unfortunately this location did not meet basic standards.

Great place to smoke a cigar on a hot day with a group. Good prices on drinks and a great shop if you need a stick. The decent exhaust makes for a pleasant environment and it's usually relatively quiet and laid back. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating.
