Absolutely will not answer the phone , was going to go to this place to spend $1700 on different juices and vape mods but since they can’t do something as simple as answer a phone call tells me everything I need to know about this vape shop

The selection is decent but the customer service is terrible. Never answers the phone but is always dead inside. Also got charged 2 different prices for the same product just a few days apart.

The people act put off if you ask them a question. Here is the kicker though they can't answer any of the questions because they don't know. They tell you the cost of something and then ring you up. I guess tax is 37.5% there. The only reason I go here is because it close. The products are hit or miss. I just got a THCa vape and it taste like THCass

Outrageous prices. Hours say it’s open till 9 but if you show up at 8:15-8:30 they will already be closed. Probably one of the worst smoke shops I’ve been to. It’s probably why they close early. Lack of business due to poor customer service

Trying not to slam local businesses during the pandemic but this was tough. All I will say is that the employee on Friday late afternoon was rude, dismissing and unhelpful. The shop was nice. I just needed some 0% Nicotine vape juice. I will never darken their doors again.
