I had an outstanding experience at this smoke shop today, and I have to give a special thank you to Scott for providing some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, Scott was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain different options, and helped me find the best product at the best price without making me feel pressured. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond for customers the way Scott does. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and truly appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend this shop, and if you have the opportunity to work with Scott, you’re in great hands. The middle eastern man at this store has the WORST attitude! Never again will I go back! Explains why there’s never any customers. I would’ve thought he would catered to the only customer going in. He didn’t show me a product I requested to see. Doesn’t make sense to have a business and not provide customer service. In all reality this is a 0 star review.

This place definitely sells knock offs and is owned by dishonest people. There are way too many smoke shops and this owner doesn’t know what he’s doing- the owner has checked out and they’re rotating through newbies. I wanted the badge type vape and the two available were the last ones left and were dead. One sealed, the other not?? So I bought the sealed one. It was dead dead. I repeatedly said -but you’re supposed to check if the device I’m buying works.- The longer tenure employee said it’s fine just charge and come back if it doesn’t. I came back same day just three hours later because it was indeed a dud. The owner on the phone wouldn’t take care of it. Said that his employee sold it and let me leave so he has to deal with it. What’s the employee going to do if the owner isn’t capable? I’m supposed to make a third trip to talk to an employee and what do I do in the meantime? BS.

This place has great products but there is an employee named Nicole that has zero interest in actually helping guide customers. I actually stopped going in when she is there. However, there is another employee named Shay (sp) that is very helpful & knowledgeable who shares info & is friendly. The difference is night & day regarding the consumer experience.

10/10 recommend! Even if it’s a bit of a drive the staff is great and the product and variety is even better
