The products are ok, alot of it is very common. The cashiers seem to have little to no knowledge of the products that they sell, I've been told many times that they just go based off word of mouth. 1 man specifically with the tattoos and bowl haircut, will literally say any product they have is "good".

I bought a vape, took it directly out of the package. It didn’t work. When I took it back in, she tried to charge it, and still didn’t work it. She asked if I wanted to buy another one because they don’t do refunds or exchanges. Maybe the products should be a little more reliable if you’re going to have that policy in place.

DO NOT BUY VAPES HERE! They can and will legally ROB YOU! I’ve been shopping here for my vapes for the last 4 years with no issue. But today 5/31/26 at 2:15pm I bought my vape, opened it infront of the clerk to test it (as you do at every vape shop) and the vape did not work. They REFUSED to exchange it! So they pretty much took my $25 and said too bad. They have implemented a new policy so even if they vape you buy from them does not work (and you open it infront of them) they will not exchange it. Crappy way to treat a regular customer, could have atleast offered a discount on another one but nope. I asked to talk to the manager and the clerk refused to get him for me.

I usually come to this location because its on the way to get home and usually I have a great experience. I come across a couple vapes that aren't functioning properly and the sales person fixes the issue by exchanging with the same vape and flavor. This is the first time I encountered purchasing a vape anywhere, that a malfunctioned pod or vape and was told I can not exchange it or get a refund. This is clearly unacceptable and the worst experience i received as a customer. I highly doubt that I would be coming back.

I have been coming to this store since it opened as its right by my house. Of all the vape shops I have been too this one is top tier. I have not had a single issue with any of the employees. If I have questions they are always willing to help. I had 1 issue with a price of an item and the owner addressed it himself and took care of it right away. Can't say enough good things about this place.
