I use to go to Vice City but found this place closer to home. Super very friendly staff when I go in. I think one of the females who works there is named Kitty. She is super friendly and always personalizes my experience telling me of her new vape flavors. They always have the mints I like for my lost Mary vapes. Thanks for helping find a better to option versus more expensive smoke shops in the area.

The lady that was at the shop sold me what she said was an atomizer for $25 and turned out to be an empty shell, when I went back in to try to exchange the product she denied me and said she couldn’t. As we were looking around I saw her sell product to a kid who didn’t seem to have an ID and looked to be underage. They were talking about how next time she wouldn’t sell to him if he didn’t have an ID.

I bought a refill to a vape and the guy said it was compatible and it ended up not being compatible and I seen if the store would do something about it and they just tried to give me 15% off. I cannot believe how bad of Owner this store is and the employees that just will sell you something and tell you that it will work and they won’t make it make it right I suggest people to be very careful about buying from the store.

I’ve had okay experiences here before, but my last visit with Kitty wasn’t good at all. Even though I’m well above the legal age and my ID clearly shows it, I was still asked if it was "actually me" with a rude tone. It came across as unnecessarily suspicious. I understand policies, but the interaction could have been more respectful and professional.
