This store only welcomes Caucasian individuals. I walked into Vibez Smoke Shop this past weekend in order to grab a quick product I needed. There was a brown-skin (Indian I believe) complexion girl working, and when I walked in she was having a great conversation with an older white gentlemen. Smiling, laughing and all. Of course I didn’t want to interrupt, so I let them finish their 10 minute conversation… while I just stood and waited over by another case talking on the phone. When their talk ended and the man left the store, the lady was still smiling and I realized they were finished. As soon as I walked to the counter and she laid eyes on me her smile faded, she sized me up (looked me up and down) and said what do u want? I was definitely shocked by this tone considering she was just laughing with the guy before me (I’m assuming it’s because I’m a black gentlemen and the man she was talking to was an older Caucasian gentlemen) Anyways, I let it roll of my shoulder and told her what I needed.. However, even after I told her, she was very hesitant to move. We kinda made eye contact for an awkward half a second before she actually went to reach for product. When she eventually grabbed the delta 8 2-gram container, she lifted it behind the counter to “show me” but it was anlmost ans if she was attempting to keep it out of my reach. I’m trying to buy a product… not window shop it… keep in mind. This is a very small 2G container that could fit in the palm of ur hand, looking at it from 3-4 feet away doesn’t give u the best vision… I looked at her confused instantly picking up on the fact I was being profiled as a young black man with dreads. And I asked if I could actually look at the container to where I could see the information… she then barely extended her arm out where I could just lay my fingertips on it. I couldn’t turn the container around, I couldn’t move her finger out the way…. KEEP IN MIND, HER LONG NAILS WERE COVERING THE ENTIRE LABEL OF THE CONTAINER…. I try to pull the container that’s in her death grip closer to actually READ the container and I say, “You’re holding it like I’m tryna steal it” as I gave a light laugh.” She looked me up and down, made a nasty face and responded “I don’t know you.” I instantly looked at her with disgust… over a $20 2G container, walked out the store, went 3 minutes up the street to KING PIPE SMOKE SHOP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and got everything I needed. Thank you to the lady for showing me I didn’t need to spend my money at this place who discriminates against young black people. And there’s a better option 3 minutes closer to my house 🙂 QUALITY over CONVENIENCE!!

The best Vape Shop in North Fort Worth. Amazing selection of vapes and is always open. This Vape Shop has an amazing employee named Hope. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way bc of their selection of vapes and Hope puts the cherry on top!!! I definitely recommend checking it out. Tom C

I’ve been coming to this store frequently for almost a year now and every single time I have been met with great customer service each and every time. I don’t know how much they get paid, but if it’s possible to increase that, I would advise doing so
