Donna is the best! I called her to ask if they had certain cigars that my husband loves to get for his birthday. She went and found them for me. Then she even put a bow around them! Literally the best!

What an awesome Experience shopping at Smoke Town! Mr A gave me all the details I needed and answered all my questions. The selection is awesome too! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place and Donna was extremely nice, would recommend the drink dressed impressively well to go and cigar selections!

Superior customer service! Donna C. helped me on 3.28.23 and 4.21.23, and I hope she's there every time I shop. She is so helpful to a "newbie" like me, and I highly recommend her and this location. This store has a great selection of the disposables I'm using now, and I look forward to her help when I switch to refillables. Don't go anywhere else for all of your needs. This is THE place to shop.

First time buyer and was very nervous about going to a vape shop. I had a very kind gentleman help me. I can't remember his name I was so nervous, I believe it was Mike (Red haired young man). He was very helpful. They have the lowest prices with the most in stock. Thank you! I will definitely shop there again.
