I have loved this place forever and have always been treated kindly. Today I went in there to make a purchase and I was ignored until I spoke up and then I was told that they were the only ones there and they had three other customers. He wasn't very nice at all. Andy was fine. It was the other guy.

Amazing selection, friendly and inviting environment, extremely helpful staff. Always willing to help the customers with any issues that may arise with vaping, or simply just educate them on any of the products or general vaping knowledge. A+

Be wary of purchases here , this is two weeks old and after speaking to the manufacturer and them telling me to bring to the point of purchase , this shop owner refuses to even acknowledge this is not right proceeds to tell me that the devices are more than a year old ! This is very much buyer beware! You can clearly tell how the owner closed responses to this as he is in the wrong and continues to sell outdated and out of warranty items , my problems are very easily resolved as my money is good at many other locations that are reputable and respond to thier customers concerns over faulty equipment justly and not try to intimidate them on the phone ! Not the turnover of employees here that’s all you need to know! Attitude is everything sir!
