I've gotten several different salt nics and loved them!!! I love that they have so many options to choose from and a great selection of devices! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and well versed on products and general information involving the industry. I'll definitely continue being a loyal customer!

This is the absolute best store. I've been coming here for years and even after moving 20 mi further south I still drive to Bay Area boulevard for excellent service and great prices.

I run by this shop, probably way too often, to get juice & coils (less often) and I'm never dissapponted. I get special mixes made (to replicate some other stores' flavors (because the store is either gone or the flavor was discontinued) and you guys have always been patient with my experimentation on the flavor creation. thanks to Josh & especially Niccole I've been able to replicate 2 flavors from other places (as close as i could get) and they're on my rotation list. Niccole is always welcoming & informative on any potential changes coming to the store, products myself or a family member has about a certain type of product, or if you guys are out of a specific flavor. whenever I visit I know I'll be getting great customer service, and maybe some light discussion everynow & then.

This is my go-to place and has been for years because of their in-house vape fluid! I don't know what will happen if they stop making my fluid! The staff is always very helpful and professional. I'd be lost without them!!

I had a great experience at Uptown Vapors! Niccole was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking specifically for a 0 nicotine vape, and she took the time to walk me through different options and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy no pressure, just genuinely great customer service. It’s not always easy to find someone who really listens and understands what you need, but Niccole absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her if you need help!
