Instead of just trying to sell me something, he took the time to answer my questions, explain different options, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. The store itself is clean, organized, and has a huge selection. You can tell they care about both their products and their customers. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Preston made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I had a great experience at this vape shop thanks to Phoebe! She was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a few questions about different products, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. You can tell she really cares about making sure customers find exactly what they need. Her customer service made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.

Well I've been here once before... But this second time I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Phoebe. She was super helpful, hooked me up with exactly what I needed and was extremely sweet and easy to talk to. Will be returning again with hopes she's working the counter again 😇.

Moe has a beautiful establishment here with a very welcoming atmosphere to his shop, as well as excellent, friendly, and kind employees who go above and beyond for their customers/ regulars! the store itself is in pristeen condition, very clean and light with a WIDE variety of products and more! 10/10 recommend this shop!!
