My experience was that I was sold a defective product and that the store failed to properly honor its 24-hour exchange policy. I purchased a hookah from Vape City (Bizarre Bazaar 1960) on May 30, 2026, at 8:29 PM. When I used it for the first time, I noticed that one hose worked properly while the other barely produced any smoke. I returned to the store about three hours later, well within their 24-hour exchange policy, to request an exchange. Although the employee was polite, nobody inspected the hookah, and a manager denied the exchange. Instead, I was told that the issue might be due to how I was preparing the hookah and was given instructions on how to use it. I went back home, followed their suggestions, and prepared it again. The exact same problem continued. After inspecting it myself, I discovered that one of the hose connections was cracked and physically damaged. The next day, I returned to the store with the cause of the problem already identified. I was asked to wait while they tried to contact a manager, but no one ever responded. Instead of replacing a defective product, I was told to go to another store and buy a replacement hose myself. I even offered to pay the difference for another hookah model since they no longer had the same one in stock, but they still could not help me. I have attempted to contact the company by both email and phone. My disappointment is not only because of the defective product, but because I reported the issue within hours of purchasing it and made multiple attempts to resolve it within the 24-hour exchange period listed on the receipt.

They have extremely great prices and literally everything especially cones, wraps, leafs, gars and lights. I cant forget about the huge variety of vapes and e-cigs... For example….. Air-Love to Air-Bars and they are between 11.99 to 19.99... ALL Don't to much care for the employee, he was no help so I went to Google.
