Great smoke shop! The service was excellent from start to finish—really friendly and helpful staff. They had everything I needed, and the whole experience was smooth. I give them a full 10 points. All good, highly recommend!

Matt, Natalie, and Amy are fantastic at customer service, and it’s because of those three and obviously the ones I haven’t mentioned, also, who cause me to make this shop my ONLY stop. Matt was wonderful he told us about sells and all the food prices offered a lot of things amazing worker 💯

We went in Sunday morning to check out the place for the first time and explained that when the employee welcomed us in but the young guy working there became pushy, rude, and would not let us, saying "we don't like people just standing around". And when trying to purchase a specific item, he got impatient after a few seconds and rudely rushed me to pick. Then it was just him basically not letting us look around without distracting us from what he wanted to sell. We just left after our small purchase and won't be going back.
