Great selection and friendly staff. I picked up the Maxus Star 50K and the US-made e-liquid really makes the flavor smooth and enjoyable.

Phoenix Rising is AMAZING. The customer service alone deserves more than five stars. Shanell is the one who helped me, and she was absolutely incredible—so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took her time, answered all my questions without rushing, and made me feel completely supported. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about people. If you’re considering Phoenix Rising, do it—you’ll be in great hands, especially with Shanell!

Okay, where do I start with this place?! If you want an inventory that will blow your mind…. This is it!! Name it and they have it! No joke this is THE PLACE! They have quality products at a reasonable price so close to online prices it’s insane! Raul was the nicest most patient and helpful guy I’ve encountered in a while at a store. He actually knows the product which I think is cool. Don’t play around with the little guys when you can come here and get exactly what you need! Why are you waiting? Go there and judge for yourself!
