I really like this store. The employees are professional, friendly and helpful. I do have a request to though. There is a product that I come in for and highly recommend. However, the store is out of it and has not ordered the product. I include a photo of the product. Please reorder. I don’t want to go to another store to get it. Excellent store and great group of employees.

I’ve been a regular customer at Vape City on Highway 6 for the past 2–3 years, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. I purchased a Lost Mary vape (the 70,000 puff double cartridge), which I’ve bought multiple times before. Right out of the box, I noticed an issue I’ve seen before—cartridges not fitting or staying in place. I checked it in-store, and the first device was defective, so it was exchanged. The second device also had an issue—only one cartridge fit properly. The employee acknowledged the problem and told me to come back and they’d take care of it. I left town the same day for a work trip and returned a few days later (May 2nd) with everything: original packaging, both cartridges, and receipts. When I came back, I was told there was nothing they could do because it had been more than 24 hours. That’s extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for a full refund or replacement—just some kind of reasonable solution, whether that be a replacement cartridge, store credit, or anything to make it right. Instead, I was turned away despite having been told previously that it would be handled. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years, and so have several people I work with. After this experience, none of us will be returning. A little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way.
