They always have what I need, and always take the time to speak with me about products, pricing, and comparisons. Most employees are well versed in product knowledge across the store. Wide variety of nicotine and other recreational items such imported snacks, collectibles, and more.

Had to wait 3 days to get cashed out on their machines but the vape selection is good

Honestly it has become my go-to spot. Desire is always a plus to see behind the counter because she takes the time to know about the products. Perhaps it’s good company policy or just her personal work ethic. Either way, I’ll continue to be a regular. Good help is greatly appreciated

Workers seem friendly and they look like they have a variety of things/flavors!!!! BUT if the company can't afford to give the correct change back idk because I gave em a $20 for two and change probably $2.50 something and she gave me back $17 like where is the rest of the dollar, especially considering all my change goes into my daughter's piggy bank I save my change. You never short the customer you short the business anyone working in retail should know that! If you can't afford the change go ahead and close the business.

I was interested in checking out this store since it's relatively new to the area. Upon arriving, I noticed the parking lot was clean and mostly empty, and the building itself looked modern and well-maintained—definitely a positive first impression. When I walked inside, I was the only customer in the store. There was a single employee present, who seemed to be managing the space alone. The interior was fairly standard for a vape or smoke shop—basic shelving and merchandise displays, nothing particularly unique or inviting in terms of layout or presentation. I came in to purchase a vape pen and possibly explore other offerings. After browsing for a short while, the employee directed me to the section I was looking for. I asked a few product-related questions, but unfortunately, the employee wasn’t able to answer them. While I don’t expect every retail worker to be an expert, her tone and demeanor came across as somewhat disengaged and even mildly irritated, which was off-putting considering I was the only person in the store. Eventually, I selected a product and headed to the counter to pay. However, when I inserted my card, the terminal requested a PIN—something my card doesn't use. Typically, I would just hit the green button or the transaction would go through without issue. The employee informed me that their system requires a PIN, and when I explained that my card doesn't use one, she reiterated that I would need to use a different card. She further explained that this was due to a past incident involving a stolen card, which I can understand, but it didn’t feel like there was any flexibility or willingness to problem-solve. I offered to show my ID to confirm ownership of the card, but the cashier dismissed it and said it didn’t matter. At that point, I considered just leaving, but I didn’t want to be disrespectful. I turned back and said something along the lines of, “I understand you’re not the one who makes the rules, but please let your manager know that this policy just cost you a customer.” What happened next was, frankly, surprising and unprofessional. The employee responded by saying the store makes $4,000 a day and implied that my business wasn’t important. She continued speaking, but I had stopped listening. As I walked to my car, she followed me outside and continued yelling—what exactly, I’m not sure, as I didn’t stick around to find out. Overall, this experience was beyond disappointing. A clean space and new building can only go so far. I won’t be returning. I recommend going anywhere else. If I could give less than one star I would.
