Came in for something that cost $24.99. Guy immediately tried to sell me on another product. Told me the cost for what I came in for was $40 instead of $24.99, like what everyone else charges and suggested I buy the bigger pack as it was just $15 more and you get more. Asked him if he can sell it for the regular $24.99, guy went down to $35 and then we settled on $30. All and all, gave the impression that they are so slow at that location that they have to rely on upselling their customers. Would honestly never return, nearly walked out before he came down on the price and even then, dude knew damn well he was over charging. Very inauthentic. If your going to upsell, do whats best for the client, not yourself. Would never return. Would literally rather not get what I want than to come back here. No offense but that was slightly disrespectful. Tried to play me like I don’t know the game he was playing.

I stopped by this smoke shop for the first time and was seriously impressed. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection — but what really made my visit was the service. Jett went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back — this shop is a gem, and Jett is a big reason why

I have visited this place one and it was great, they have got the best vapes and everything and the shout out to the manager (Jet) he’s a great guy and helped us a lot. Would definitely come back
