So glad I found this little shop. I needed to switch from smoking cigarettes to a vape and found a great helper. Alex was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. He showed me all my options and even had a few testers for me to try. I feel like I made an informed decision. The prices are very reasonable and the store is super clean. Alex was witty and engaging. He is one of the reasons I will be back. I highly recommend.

I’ve always been so nervous to go in one of these shops and ask for help since my past experiences in nyc were awful, but Alex not only made me feel super welcomed and heard, but he taught me exactly how to do everything with my vaporesso. It works so well, the fresh mint is perfection and I’ve not had a traditional cigarette since coming here which is amazing to me since I’ve been smoking for 15+ years. Wickedly Hot Vapors is the best vape/e-liquid and hemp shop in Plano. They have a fantastic loyalty program, some of the best and most competitive prices on hardware and premium liquids, and most importantly they have their own house blends. House liquids that are made in a regulated clean room by real people - hands down, stopping in here is one of the best choices you'll make when looking for a new shop. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, the selection can't be beat, and the savings will have you coming back in the future.

Alex is the best - the most knowledgeable and helpful vape store employee EVER. I have been going to WH since it opened as Wicked Hot. As google only allows one review, I've had to edit this same review many times to reflect all the good stuff up there. In my past reviews I also spoke about Delaney, who was another great employee, and always knew exactly what I needed. She taught me about low vg/high vg, as well as what salt nic is (and why my device doesn't work with it). The prices are up there for juice, but you are paying for the convenience AND custom, freshly made ejuice. If you order juice online, you have fees and taxes, a wait time of at least 2 weeks, and then you still may not get what you want. I'll always go here for my vape needs 😁 Edit 1-18-26 Sage helped me greatly today. I had to return a VooPoo Argus, as it had been misbehaving within 2 weeks of purchase. He helped me with the exchange, he helped me figure out which new vape to get - I went with the one all the reviews say is the best pod system - The OXVA XLIM Pro 2. It did NOT disappoint!
