Vape City easily deserves five stars! The store is super clean, organized, and has one of the best selections I’ve seen. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. What really makes this place stand out is that they even carry authentic cigars, which you don’t see often at most vape shops. It’s a one-stop shop for everything—vapes, accessories, and quality cigars all in one spot. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and legit products.

Im a loyal customer and go to this vape shop at least 3 times weekly and usually all the coworkers are nice and always ask for my phone number to get my loyalty points. I went to the shop on the 27th around 3:17 pm,and the gentleman who has seen me before which I headlined to enter my points totally disregard it. On top of that each of the employees always ask for a phone number because they know I’m a frequent customer….thos male employee rushed through the transaction ignoring my phone number and charged me. I spent over $70. when I asked him why he didn’ aak to input my phone number ahead of time he had an aggressive tone, with and a rude response of “why I didn’t tell him my number”. Not only did he not use my points for some of the things that I purchased, but he did didn’t even apologize,or attempt to rectify his mistake…very unprofessional tarnishing vape city’s brand… I will never step foot in that store again.

I want to start this review with how amazing the customer service is at this Shop. Nissa greeted my friend and I when we walked through the front door and the shop was so organized and clean. Nissa certainly should get recognized for her product knowledge and the time she took to patiently answer all of the questions we had about the various high quality products. Nissa is a great example of what Vape City should hold their impeccable services to. You go Nissa!

Horrible experience! There worker has a terrible attitude and definitely don’t expect them to answer any questions or help you with anything! Will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone ever!
