I’ve support this smoke shop for many years & today I realized they lack honesty & transparency. Purchase a defective vape that literally release smoke without me untilizing vape. The store worker witnessed it and asked did you check before leaving. Then called his boss stated this was a valuable customer. The boss said no I can’t do anything because it’s on clearance. i stated I was under the impression it worked. Soon after I bought another and tried it in the store the coil was broke he said I can replace… Yep won’t be back!

John is a great help and always shows the best products. Dude knows his stuff and is very helpful. Definitely the best shop in town!

love and hate relationship with this place. John (ginger guy, wears hat, cool guy ) is the only person that works here who has a firm grasp on the concept of good customer service/customer retention/relationships. ALL the other workers could care less about any of that. John is honest . If I ask the other guys a question they will just straight up LIE to my face about the answer just to get me out of the store quicker. I’ll give a few examples. I asked when a certain product would be back in stock- dude replies “tomorrow” . Well a week goes by-still not in stock. Another example - I come there often and there’s a points system. When you spend $100 you get $5 off. I’ve only had issues with the other guys on the way this system works-never John. They all know me and when I get to $5 off 50% of the time some of them will say “you have to spend at least $20 to use that” …. It’s just ridiculous. ANOTHER example- I ask them to order me a specific flavor of zyns for weeks on end . Each time they tell me “yes we will” to speed up and end the interaction. I’ve also never bought anything from this place without one of the dudes actively talking on the phone paying no attention to me when checking me out with the exception of John. Give John a raise - the others need to be retrained on customer service. This is the longest review I’ve ever written. I wouldn’t even come here if they didn’t have good prices on the products I purchase. Okay end of rant .

Talked to somebody about puffco toppers on the phone today. Asked a simple question if you had dry puffco toppers of if everything in the store is made for water use. Guy told me to come in store and check and I asked him if he knew what he was talking about and did not give me a confident reply. Will not be walking in for a look.

Great place for all your needs. John is extremely helpful every time I see him. He makes excellent recommendations, helps with any questions I may have and is always in such a great mood. He definitely goes above and beyond every time I’m in there. I felt like sharing my experience today to shine some light on a star employee who definitely deserves it. John, thanks for all that you do. 5 stars all the way
