The manager at this location is completely disrespectful. If you mention other locations having cheaper prices or make a simple comparison, they immediately accuse you of being an “insider” or trying to advertise for competitors. That’s not how you treat customers. What’s even worse is the attitude toward people ages 18–20. Apparently, they’re considered “children” here, despite the fact that 18-year-olds can work full time, pay taxes, serve in the military, and legally carry under recent Texas DPS rulings. If someone in that age group walks in with a family member who is shopping, they get treated suspiciously for no reason. I know many other shops around here who have no problem with someone inside the shop unless they are trying to purchase clearly age restricted products. Water/snacks cbd products shouldn’t be restricted to those that are 18-20 for god sakes you can buy cbd at SPROUTS!! Some of the manager’s replies to reviews are honestly embarrassing and immature. When you represent a brand, professionalism matters. I also have disabled family members who use the Texas Compassionate Use Program with legitimate medical cards. Thankfully other places actually respect and accommodate patients instead of acting hostile toward younger adults and their families.

I was at the store today to buy my husband his gummy bears since he can't sleep without them. I made a mistake because my son was being mischievous. I needed gummy bears to help him sleep, but I chose the wrong color. I told the girl to please exchange them for me right then and there after I paid, and she said she couldn't, that I should read the sign. So, seeing that I made a mistake, she couldn't do anything to give me the correct gummy bears. I just lost a regular customer.
