This is the worst vape shop ever the store people try to scam you all the time try to avoid this store or be careful they scammed me by saying that some other vape is compatible with fogger and sold me when I check it didn’t work that way and when I went to other vape city store to return it they said you have to go to that location because they fooled you with wrong information when I called them they asked me to come to store I traveled 1 hr to go there then they said it’s past 24hrs so we don’t take it , I have been to many stores but this is the most worst experience even , just posting this because no one else get fooled like me by this store people 🤯

So, I bought a SMOK Mag Solo kit and purchased separately the juice. The vape was almost immediately not working. So I took it into the vape shop and the woman working there took it apart and it was working again. It was close to running out of juice, so I unscrewed the sub tank, filled it and screwed it back in. It didn't work after that. I took it to the store again last night and the guy working exchanged it for me. I took it home, filled the tank with the same juice I had prior, let it soak the coil over night and this morning, it's bubbling juice in my mouth. I called to let the lady know what was happening and she said she remembered me from before when I had gone in and would let her manager know that I gave her a heads up that im on my way. We will see what happens and I'll let yall know. As of thus far, im over it and really frustrated.

I like this place, nice selection of everything, the person working was nice @ 12:50, he helped me veryy well and had knowledge of products so thank you vape city love yalls !!!

Cashier sold me a product not explaining how it works . I thought I was buying a regular lighter but it in fact was not that … I asked for a refund just now and was told no after getting poor customer service.

Never buying anything from there anymore. It's a joke I bought a module and it was defective. I figure it was a even swap and it wasn't. They canceled my purchase and got charge again for another one. They're not professional. My review wasn't a good review.
