Second trip back. Sam is the bomb. The selection is dangerous… to my paycheck. The prices are dangerous… to my ability to justify shopping anywhere else. We came in for a birthday stop. We left with bags full of goodies and absolutely zero buyer’s remorse. Five stars. Would happily make poor financial decisions here again. May your glass stay intact, your carts stay full, and your birthday be just hazy enough to forget how much you spent.

Sam is the bombb!!! He’s super nice. The store is immaculate and th selection is dangerous to my pocketbook. He needs a raise. He sold me an extra 170$ when all I needed was 15$ battery. But he was so damn nice and I had to try some of it.

2 stars only cause they had good selection of vapes, but no more because when I walked in the man who was working was on his phone the whole time. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't told to wait for just a moment, completely ignored. I stood in front of the case waiting for him to pause his phone call cause I had a few questions, but he just stared at me and continued his conversation. When that happens, it shows me that you don't value me as a customer and its extremely unprofessional. I ended up just walking out and going to the shop by Atwoods.

Great customer service and quality deals for quality products. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, making great recommendations for a variety of items. Highly recommend 10/10

Typically I love this location. I have always had good customer service and they always have the flavor that my wife and I like. But today, the guy who was working made me extremely uncomfortable. I always buy 2 vapes at a time, one for me and one for my wife. The same flavor because we both like the same one. We typically get a discount for buying more than one. But today, this man not only FORCED me to buy another flavor even though they had plenty of the one I like, but he didn’t give me a discount AND he was very rude when TELLING me, not asking me, to test them both before I left. He also stopped helping another customer to make sure I tested BOTH of them before leaving. First of all, I ALWAYS test them BOTH before leaving. Because I’m scared of handing my wife one that doesn’t work. IYKYK. But the way he was acting towards me made me not want to go back. Hopefully I can find a different vape shop that carries this kind of vape. I’ll drive out of town if I have to.
